ANST is a non-profit organization composed of many scientific researchers from around the world. This organization offers an international academic exchange opportunity for scientific and technological researchers, teaching staff, academic exchange personnel and project researchers. It recruits members for free, builds talent connections for scientific researchers and teaching researchers, provides them with development opportunities, and expands academic exchange activities around the world, especially in Asia. It maintains active communication with various academic societies and jointly promotes the progress of scientific and technological research.

Under the background of vigorously advocating the integration of industry, academia and research, ANST aims to implement the important instruction of “scientific and technological innovation and popularization of science are the two wings of innovation and development”, to promote the scientific research achievements of academia, to disseminate and carry forward the spirit of scientists, to share the cutting-edge hot science and technology and to provide a high-quality and in-depth communication platform for the scientific research workers and enterprise practitioners, university students and popularization of science and technology workers. With the goal of co-creating a new ecology of science popularization, it establishes links between research institutions and enterprises, thus deepening industrial upgrading.

ANST's all-around academic services cover a broad range of interdisciplinary subjects, spanning Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, Materials, Energy and Environment, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronic Information and Optical Engineering, etc. All full paper contributions will be peer reviewed by at least 2-3 independent reviewers based on research novelty, technical excellence, or unique applications in the real world. 

From 2014 to 2021, ANST participated in or assisted in organizing some academic activities as a volunteer. In 2022, ANST started to hold academic events, ANST maintains active communication with universities, academic centers, laboratories, research institutions, etc. Through these effective collaborations, ANST attracts at least 1,000 scholars to attend the conference and submit papers each year. ANST will gradually enhance media or advertising cooperation to further expand the academic influence of the conference. ANST focuses on the scholars selected for the "Top 2% of the World Scientists List", top scientists who have received the Clarivate Analytics "Citation Laureates "Award, and invites these top scholars join the conference, which will provide an opportunity for other scholars to maintain active communication with them and jointly promote the development and progress of cutting-edge science and technology.
